I have gambled on millions of rounds of 21. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of bankroll at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it basically impossible to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or defeat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very thrilling at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years ago with $750 after 60 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original five dollar bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager
Bet 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Bet $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original forty dollar wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
